We were engaged by our clients to design a conservation area new build house in the Belbroughton Conservation Area, located between Kidderminster and Bromsgrove .

A small bungalow occupied this sloping site and a large new house was designed using the slope and views as key principles of the design. The design of the conservation area new build house closely follows the local aesthetic, particularly the run of neighbouring Grade II Listed properties.

We were engaged to design many of the fixtures and fittings within the house, including doors, skirtings, mouldings and bookcases in both a traditional and contemporary style.

We have further examples of our conservation area new build schemes s at the Roundelay Collection and Lovelace Avenue projects.
