Lapworth Architects have close links to Walsall, with over 50 projects in the town. Led by Michael Kalam since 2010, our company has grown to become one of the top architects in the area thanks to our 30 years of experience, skill at obtaining planning permission in Walsall and excellent service.
Our most recent project involves an exciting plan to redevelop three unused office sites into town centre housing as part of the council’s plan to revive the area, and frequently feature in the local press.
When we’re not investing in the centre of town, we’re working on other great projects in the local areas, such as one that is currently at the planning stage with a regional developer involving a local landmark in Walsall Wood to bring some fantastic homes to this lovely part of the world.
We have also recently received planning permission approval for a development of three impressive family houses on the outskirts of Aldridge close to the Green Belt – our most eco-friendly project yet: take a look. For the past decade, Lapworth Architects have been closely involved with the development proposals for local landmark Great Barr Hall , working with Walsall Council on ways to revive this important local asset.
