This collection of homes in the mature woodland of the Lickey Hills is one of our most prestigious projects, winning numerous regional and national architecture and design awards.

The Lickey Hills in Rednal, Birmingham is one of the region’s oldest parks, renowned for its woodlands, greenery and views. We were engaged by a leading Midlands developer to design a residential project which required a sensitive approach for housing to suit its surroundings and context close to local landmark Lickey Grange.

The project comprised a range of accommodation from small apartments to large detached houses, all set within an existing mature woodland setting, with all the dwellings designed to accompany this setting and reflect local architectural influences.

They proved very popular upon completion, and this stunning scheme has won regional and national awards for sensitive building in the environment and is also highlighted in the CABE publication ‘By Design’ as an example of good design.
